Something big is coming down, I can feel it.

Or maybe I'm being dramatic.

[livejournal.com profile] equuschick, I mailed your package today--that is, package one of two--and perhaps, just perhaps, it will actually reach you on time. If not, it'll teach you patience. Or something.

I also mailed out several other packages, got all squiggly over Tony (so Italian, I can't understand what he's doing here), did some last minute Christmas shopping, and figured out that I don't have to have Hepatitis B shots after all.

Also, I found out that I need my reciept to return my textbooks. And I'm not absolutely positive that I saved it. I think so. I'll have to look when I get home.

Also, I should ask them what grade I got in Comp. I. I thought they'd let me know somehow or something. o_O

Okay, so I completely forgot to share the exciting news I found out yesterday. This is for the benefit of...well, one person, I guess, possibly two, because one already knows.

If THAT isn't convoluted.

So. Anyway. I called home to talk to mom, and she told me that she stopped at the post office. This happens frequently. Ever since we noticed that the postmaster looks and acts Italian, we've been using every excuse to drop by.

In my mind I had always called him Tony, in honor of the Italian Pizza Man that Sarah Monkey and I created: one exciting day I found out that was really his name.

The past few weeks he hasn't been there. I thought he had quit and moved elsewhere. Well, mom asked the desk clerk where he was--turns out he's still HERE!! Just filling in as postmaster at the other post office. And she also asked if he was of Italian origin: and he IS!!!!! (five exclamations, notice. A sign of the truely insane.)

I also found out his last name, which is sadly not very Italian, so I can stalk him now. Mwaha.

She didn't ask if he was married, but that's not really the point. Althought he doesn't wear a ring, and I've seen him doing his own grocery shopping. =)

I will now morph back into a reasonable person again.

I gotta go mail a package to Kristin tomorrow, isn't that nice?
