Random oddments
Nov. 13th, 2003 01:18 pmFirst a sort of random thing to Mary Kate, whose user name I have temporarily forgotten:
savetheolives sent me copies of the pictures we took of the three of us at your house, and I have one of them framed and sitting right beside me here on my desk; it's so cute and everything and I just wanted to say again how much fun it was to meet you!
Random confession: Yesterday I did something that I knew better then to do. It didn't hurt anyone but me, but I was so stupid in doing something that has caused me mental anguish every single time I've done it on the off chance that this time would be different. I'm an idiot. A Paranoid Idiot.
A REALLY random thing: last night Benjamin found a twenty dollar bill stuck into a container in his desk. He has no idea where it came from. He's sure it's not his. No one else in the family has a clue about it. And we are not the type of people who randomly misplace money. A quarter or two yes. Twenty dollars? No way.
....of course, there was the time that mom found eighty dollars in a pocket in her purse, and had no idea when she had put it there. But that was just strange beyond all belief. Maybe [*gling gling*] there's a Money Scattering Fairy? In the style of the Hogfather fairies?
