I walked into the post office this morning to hear ... chirping! Crates of baby chicks were being mailed. I had no idea that was possible, but they sure are cute. And yellow and fluffy and adorable.

 

In about two hours I'm driving to Kansas City to meet up with mainhoonemily , ransomedsea , windandtherain , jkgeroo , and - I hope - amea ! FUN TIMES. Watch twitter for updates on adventures n' stuff. :D

Oh so THAT'S what time we're meeting her. I'm not picking up details very well at this point. Be sure to have your vuvuzelas so I can find you in the airport. I'm not sure I'd notice clown outfits at this point--but hey, I might get off work early today, and getting off work early=more sleep tonight!
