Well, I'll tell you. I go to all the big church rummage sales, and I befriend the little old ladies working there. And sometimes they see me rejoicing over a piece of vintage clothing and they say ...
"MARTHA, you take over for me, I'm going to have this young lady follow me home so I can give her some of those old clothes in the garage!"
And they do, and nine times out of ten they fit (apparently all little old ladies were my size in their younger days).
The rose dress is the only princes-like dress there, in my opinion, with the possible exception fo the red one, and only if you were going to be Buttercup from The Princess Bride.
It would be fun to be Buttercup ... if I could go with the Dread Pirate Roberts. :)
I agree, the rose one is just perfect. I'll probably wait to wear it until I really have occasion to dress like a Vanderbilt woman... It's going to take some work to alter it to fit - all those layers of sheer material. o_O
