The father did. :) The four kids were all under the age of 3 or 4 -- at least two of them had to have been twins.

This particular family was especially hard not to stare at! The kids were so cute ... the little four-year-old boy with his flaming red hair and a yarmulke!

I've seen three orthodox jewish men in NJ over the last two weeks with red hair.
it is a recessive gene, so who knows.
