I think that I'm going to have a solitary picnic in the part tomorrow. You know, the kind with a basket and a blanket and a really good book. (Watch it begin to rain early tomorrow morning. Heh.)

*double take* A guy just came in--well, a kid, really--that looks like Harry Potter. "That's interesting. So there really IS a curse!"

Speaking of which (in a round about way) Hildago opens very soon and I'm seriously debating whether to go and see it. I'd like to. I'm not sure why, exactly, but I'd like to see it. Soon. Anyone else going to see it who would care to report how good it really is before I make up my mind?

As yes, Oscars. T'was fun. I was amazed. I expected LotR to be ignored again, and was thrilled to have them TAKE THEM ALL. Bwaha.

Yay, almost time to close. *gets ready to kick the people out* Goodbye, people! You are the Public in Public Library!

*feels weird*

Just don't see Hidalgo with me. I'd be laughing through the whole thing. ;-) (For that matter, don't take Evelyn, either!)

Have fun kicking people out. :-D

Don't worry. I wasn't even remotely dreaming of flying you out here to see it with me. Bwaha.

Say, when you *do* come out, do you want to have a LotR-fest? Too bad you probably won't be late enough to have RotK out too. But we could watch the first two...and extras on TTT that I probably STILL won't have seen yet. I'm so ashamed, I haven't even touched my DVDs since before Christmas. =\

Sure! :-D If we have time, that is. At this rate I think I need to stay a month, LOL. (which is fine with me...)

I need to email you about this, actually. Let me go do that...

My Mom, Dad, two sisters (Bethany 9 and Grace 11) and little brother (Zeke 3) saw Hildalgo last week at a preview premier. A guy at church gets free movie passes from work, so he shared them with a group of us. He and his sister saw it the week before. Anyway, besides the "Muslins are good, Christians are bad" garbage that is in there, everyone said it was an enjoyable movie. My little siblings missed the worldview stuff and just enjoyed the horse race movie. I had to work, so I missed out on seeing it, but I'll probably rent it someday. (I'm not a huge horse fan)

If I can scrounge up the money for the ticket, I am *so* going to see "Hidalgo". *bounces* Its a horse-riding movie. :-D

And not only that, dear, it is a VIGGO-riding-horses movie. *squee*

I don't go to theaters (I thought I was going to get to go see RotK but it was no go *weeps*), but I want to see Hidalgo when it comes out on DVD. Do post what you think of it when you see it!
