A day that doesn't feel Real

I planned to be spending my evening writing my research paper, reading, packing for an overnight trip, and answering emails. I did not plan to be working.

Guess what I'm doing? Working. Until 9:00 pm. And I still have shopping for mom and grandma to do afterwards.

Sickness can wreck so much havoc. Betty's out sick, which is why I'm here. She might have strep. O_O I've heard that's highly contagious, and here I am working at her desk...Begone, germs! (Yes, I'm washing my hands. I'm not stupid.)

equuischick, I forgot where you left the comment, but yes, I'm pretty sure I got your last email. If you mean the one from a week or two ago that I haven't answered yet? *cringe*

Sandra is back, which is wonderful because I missed her. As I predicted, she's Not Happy about the recent events at the library board.

Earlier there was a police officer searching through the building for someone that we know quite well because he's here almost every day. It said in the paper that he commited some kind of fraud, but that's not surprising since he's been arrested for many other things of the sort.

It's an interesting world.

Nostalgia, I know you. I'd kind of like to curl up and cry, even though I have no reason to. I think it's the change in the seasons. Fall does this to me. Sometimes it's a happy kind of nostalgia and sometimes it's a sad kind of nostalgia and sometimes it's just nostalgia.

I don't remember where I left the comment either, but that's the e-mail I meant. And don't feel bad honey, I only asked because I wanted to make sure it arrived. And I feel vewy sowwy for you, working when I am at home about to watch A Knight's Tale and eat ice cream. And fall nostalgia is precisely the reason for my yearly rereading of AOGG. And I love you. *hugs* You know what?
