While walking from the library to the car I had a brilliant observation about the weather, but now I don't remember what it was. It rained off and on all day, and now the air feels all...soft. Soft. And humid, but mostly soft.

Most of the day didn't go so well. The shirt I wanted to wear had a spot on it, and just half an hour ago I spilled grapefruit juice on my pant leg, but fortuantly no one will notice because it's so wet out that everyone's pant legs are wet. I used up all my credit at the bookstore. (ACK. Must give him more books in trade.) I bought avocados which I thought were .99 cents a pound, and turns out they were .99 cents a piece. Still, I will enjoy them, because I haven't had avocados for a long time, and I love them. When I went to the computer lab it was reserved for a class, although it is open now. And I spent most of the day with an on-and-off headache, for about the forth day in a row. It'd probably go away if I took something, but since it's not always there I hate to do that.

But I ran into Grandear at the grocery store, which made up for missing her visit yesterday, and I found a book that was lost at and became Carolyn's heroine.

Also, I am an agenda item on the board meeting tonight. If all goes well I'll soon be making .75 cents more an hour. Hurray for me.
