I can't believe it took eight days for the Red Shoes of DOOM to appear. They're my favorites and I wear them all the time. Unfortunately, this picture doesn't show off their gloriousness - but you'll see them again. Probably soon.

This is the first jersey wrap-style (it isn't a true wrap) dress that I bought. I think I've worn it for about three years now, and it's something I know I can always feel comfortable and pretty in. I usually switch out the sash belt that came with it for a wide one in black or red leather.

Today the high temperature was 55 degrees (farenheit, which I think makes it around 13 Celsius?) So nippy, but not too cold. :)

I always look at jersey dresses in the store and never buy them because I feel like they show off too much of my foodbaby. *glares at stomach* Maybe I'll wear them when I get pregnant and need to be comfy and have a better excuse for having a large tummy.

I really think there's a style to suit every bodytype ... ever tried any slightly empire waisted dresses? And there are different types of jersey, too - some cling so badly in all the wrong spots that I just can't figure out a way to wear them. o_O

I agree re. body type and dressing to fit your own. I just have a few things (like jersey dresses) that I really like even though I can't seem to make them look good on me.

Empire waists work well on me, except for when they don't. *laughs* I have a few dresses with that style waist that look good on me, but then there's the empire-waisted sundress that I wore for my sisters wedding, which prompted someone to ask me if I was expecting. *headdesk*
