Yum! That sounds really good! Did you use a regular banana or one of those bananas that are meant to be friend (I keep wanting to call it plankton, but I know that's not right LOL)? How do you do it?
I just use regular bananas; plantains are too hard to come by since we left Florida. =P I like it with a little butter in a skillet, hot, and then just plop in a banana cut into about four sections (flat side down.) I don't cook them long -- just enough to make the bottom brown. Otherwise the whole thing turns to much. Very GOOD mush, but mush nevertheless.
A pan-fried banana, eh? Almost everything fried is tasty. *grin*
I noticed it a few days ago when I was looking for your old post about your new car, Sir Gallahad, but allow me to say now that I love your new layout! (new to me, anyway.. I'm not sure how long you've had it. :) It really has that certain something!
P.S. What kind of car is Sir Gallahad? :) That's what I was looking for. LOL
