Lauren gave this to me for Christmas, and while I rarely wear any clothing with writing on it, this particular piece struck my fancy.
Well, basically, it makes me laugh a lot.
But alas, t-shirts and I rarely get along. They are always too long, too boxy, the neckline chokes me, the sleeves hang too far down. I can't tuck them in, I can't wear them out, and the generally make me feel like a total frump. Lucky for me, I found this post with simple instructions on how to artfully use a scissors to make something better out of a plain t-shirt. A few snips to create a better neckline and take a few inches off the sleeves and hem, and about three minutes of needlework to sew on a belt, and voila. Something I'll actually wear!
