Sep. 21st, 2004 02:57 pmYesterday I got paid to (among other things) sit for 45 minutes and listen to two Bose Wave CD players and see if I could discern between the brand new one and the two-year-old one.
I told Kay it was like putting the two best orchestras in the world side by side and trying to pick a favorite. But I also told her, in highly technical jargon so that it made it sound like I knew what I was talking about, that the bass on the new one was less fuzzy then the only one, as if the old one was fuzzy at all, and that the new one generally just sounded sharper. Which it might have. I'm not sure.
But the new one is even sleeker smaller and nicer looking, which can't hurt.
Ha. Isn't life grand?
