I feel much better than yesterday; also much prettier. (Hannah, don't read this, but I realized that when I wear animal prints I start to feel a little bit like a tiger...it's like I gain litheness by osmosis.)

I went swinging in the park over lunch. Yes, sweetie, this is why I couldn't talk to you. I was swinging. Walking and talking go together, but swinging and talking do not. It was beautiful today, and perfect swinging weather, and it's very good for my mental well being. Do Not Under Estimate The Power of Swinging. It felt for the first time this year of fall...I'll hate fall later, but right now it feels wonderful.

It seems like everywhere Fall is starting to show itself! I can't wait for it to come in full force. But then, I do love the season muchly.

I'm glad you're feeling better! You'll probably think I'm crazy for admitting this (no, more for doing it, I think), but, well, you see, in Holiday (that Cary Grant/Katharine Hepburn flick) Grant's character recommends doing cartwheels to feel better. I have since diligently followed the suggestion when I feel low. (Hand-stands work the same way.) It works. I'd assume swinging works in the same way and is not as dangerous to breakable items as doing cartwheels in the house is. Perhaps I should change my approach to dashing the melancholies...

Cartwheels make me terribly dizzy, so I find the swinging works better. =) Hang the fact that i'm twenty-one, everyone needs a bit of swinging now and then!

Another reason to avoid animal prints.

Swinging, yay! I like swinging. Even though it makes me dizzy.

I hate fall once the leaves are all gone because everything looks dead and reminds me winter is coming. =\

Funny, after reading about you feeling like a tiger, when you said you went swinging in the park, my first thought was swinging from tree to tree...
