I am eating sweet potatoes for lunch. Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite things to eat. Today's bowl has too much butter for my health, but just the right amount for my taste buds. They are very happy tastebuds.

It's kind of nice to actually eat on a lunch hour. Novel idea, that. Imagine, eating instead of shopping or exercising!

A long Easter weekend is looking very, very nice. *happy*

Yummy! Sweet potatoes are soooo good. I sometimes make them like fries and eat them with ketchup, lol. But the best way is with marshmallows on top.
