The things I do for this furry creature, and what gratitude do I get?

My feet are freezing because my STUPID cat decided to take his STUPID FURRY LITTLE SELF outside when I wasn't looking, meaning that a barefoot me had to chase him in the dark, through wet grass and in and around fallen trees and finally CLIMB A TREE to rescue him from his own stupidity.

He really should thank me.

Also, among all the other firsts that happened today: I got yelled at in French for the first time. In person AND on the phone. Go me!

*laugh* Aw, I'm sorry about your verbal abuse in French.

I get yelled at in Korean every day at work.

That must be an enlightening experience.

But, says Hagen, he can very well take care of himself!

My cats would kill me if I kept them as indoor cats. Kill me.

The funny thing is that if I yell at him angrily enough, he WILL actually slink back to the porch with his tail between his legs. I have fun thinking up catly insults worthy of him.

I must be so amusing to any neighbors in earshot.

By the same person, or different?

Shh, Hagen, don't give Spot ideas!

Different! Here's a tip: if your library ever wants to order some of that nifty shelving-on-tracks-that-moves-back-and-forth-to-save-space (there MUST be an actual name for that stuff, but I don't know what it is), DO NOT buy it from a company in Quebec. Not only were they difficult to communicate with, but they were incredibly rude. =P

Uh oh ...

If I get poison oak on my nose, we can blame Spot today. Details at 11.
