I just got word that our puppy was hit by a car this morning and has probably died. I guess it's not that big of a deal (she was a stray that just showed up), but I liked her. She was cute.

And I hate the thought that she was in pain before she died. I always hate when animals are hurt, because they can't vocalize it like humans.
