While sitting in the park this afternoon he randomly interrupted the conversation to ask if I wore contacts. I admited it was so, and he asked, "So...they enhance the color...?"

No. Dude. They do not.

And then he said I had brilliantly blue eyes and expressed shock that the color could be real.

I like my eyes, but I forget other people ever notice them.

I work with his wife and go to the church where he is an elder. He's very sweet but not prone to noticing things like eyes, thus my surprise...
